In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright
Act (Pub. L. No. 105-304, 112 Stat. 2860). The
Industry Resource has adopted the following
policy regarding copyright infringements:
The Industry Resource will block access to
and/or remove any material that it believes
in good faith to be copyrighted material that
has been illegally copied and submitted to our
site. This policy shall cover all aspects of
The Industry Resource, including but not limited
to artist reviews and community message boards.
If you believe that your work has been copied and used on The Industry Resource
in a way that constitutes copyright infringement,
please provide The Industry Resource with the
written information specified below.* Please
note that this procedure is exclusively for
notifying The Industry Resource and its affiliates
that your copyrighted material has been infringed.
Send notice of claims of copyright infringement
to T.I.R.'s Copyright Infringement Agent: copyrights@theindustryresource.com
*Written Notice of Copyright Infringement should
include:
• Where the infringements are located
• Who is complaining
• How he or she may be contacted
• A statement of good faith belief that
the material is infringing
• Astatement made under threat of perjury
that the information provided is
accurate and the complaint is authorized by
the copyright holder
